Q. Hello, I am considering nose surgery for a reduction. I have a very large, bulbous nose. I am concerned about the risks. Is it common for bad things to happen. A. There are complications associated with all operations and it is important to accept this before embarking upon cosmetic surgery. It is also important to have realistic expectations of partial improvement. In particular, rhinoplasty is associated with a degree of patient dis-satisfaction.
