I am contemplating getting ear reshaping (Otoplasty)
Q. I am contemplating getting ear reshaping (Otoplasty). My concern, apart from my ears slightly protruding, is that one ear is slightly lower than the other so will this also be able to be rectified as part of the ear reshaping surgery? Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards
A. Ear surgery is designed to push back ears, but if the height of the ear is already different then that’s not something we can correct. Sometimes if you only have a mild degree of prominence in the ears it’s not worth having it done. You’re best off having a consultation first to see if we can help and how much we can help
