Q. Hello – I am enquiring into prices for neck lift surgery and liposculpture. I am a 31 year old male with an unfortunate family trait of a disappearing neck! it seems to have quite a lot of fat in it and has got steadily worse over the past 5 years or so in the form of a kind of double chin. Also I would like to enquire into liposculpture/liposelection to remove fat from my stomach and hips.

From your description, I think like a suction is not likely to give you an adequate contour for the front of the neck, and an anterior neck lift which includes also liposuction to the lower part of the face and lateral part of the neck may be the better approach. In some instances, lack of definition in the neck is also associated with a receding chin, and the chin augmentation procedure can improve the overall balance.
