Q. I am interested in the upper eye lid surgery as I have excess skin on my eye lids (especially over right eye). This causes me to feel tired and also gives me difficulty in opening my eye fully especially late on in the evenings and early morning would appreciate any advice
A. Thank you for your inquiry. Your situation may be that apart from the skin excess, there is also a degree of eyelid ptosis and this would need to be properly evaluated, but can be treated at the same time with correction of the skin excess. There are also some neurological conditions associated with laziness of the eyelids, and I suggest that he discussed concerns first with your GP.
