A. Thank you for your email. There are three factors in decision making you need to consider. If small size is the only concern then, breast enlargement should be considered. If you feel that the level of the breasts ( saggy or ‘droopy’ ) then breast lift (mastopexy) should be considered. If small size and sagginess bother you then you need to consider augmented mastopexy-breast enlargement + breast lift.
