Q. I am thinking about dimple creation to improve my look. I think it will suit me. However, I’ve heard that the dimples can be permanent. This is not something I want. I want them only when I smile. I don’t mind how deep they are. Is this a risk that I have to there ways to ensure they are not permenant?
