Q. I am very very conscious of my large breasts with loose skin and last time i went to the doctors i wasn’t happy with the response i had about what i was asking about loose skin so i hope you could help me on the matter. many thanks
A. Thank you for your enquiry. Typically, larger breasts are associated with a degree of ptosis (sagging of the breast) and breast reduction surgery includes an element of breast uplift. If the volume of the breast is relatively good, but the shape is poor because of the laxity of the breast tissue and overlying skin, a mastopexy or breast uplift procedure would be the answer.
