Q. I am wondering how much on average is a septorhinoplasty procedure and is it less invasive than a full rhinolplasty or along the same lines? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry   Septorhinoplasty is a surgery that involved both reshaping the external characteristics of the nose as well as aid to improve the airway, primarily by straightening the nasal septum.   As such, the procedure is slightly more complex than the average rhinoplasty, but the reality is that in a large number of rhinoplasties, a significant component of the work is related to managing the airway.   I am not sure if I am referring to an average, but in my practice the costs related to the surgery are approximately £4800.
