Q. I am wondering what the best solution is for removing unwanted fat deposits from the jawline/cheek area? I have heard of smartlipo and vaser lipo. Would these be the best types of lipo for facial areas?
A. There are many ways of doing liposuction. I personally do wet liposuction with a very fine cannula under the chin and neck area as this allows me to sculpture the area better. This is done under local anaesthesia through tiny stabs. After surgery you will need to wear a forming bandage for a week to allow the skin to shrink back. The cost is about £1500RegardsLeRoux Fourie
