Q. I had a breast enlargement 10 years ago and 5 years ago I gave birth to my daughter. Since then my breast implants move around and my breast feel lumpy. I now feel ready to have them removed and replaced. Can you give me an idea of the price and where you would do the surgery?

A. Hi there. To remove and replace breast implants costs £2999 plus the consultation fee. I would do your surgery at the Glasgow Nuffield Hospital and your consultation would be at my clinic, La Belle Forme. If your breasts are lumpy then this may need to be investigated first, though, and it’s important to have a full consultation with me first.
