A. Hi. We can certainly reconstruct ears for you and you may want to get this done on the NHS. The procedure involves a few operations – to take cartilage from one part of your body, to reshape it and put it into a skin pocket behind the ear. We then lift that skin pocket outwards and that gives you a better shape to your ear.
