I have a enquiery about buttock implants and there positioning

Q. I have a enquiery about buttock implants and there positioning. I read implants are locked into a cavity at the top of the buttocks. What does this mean exactly. I read it as in addition to adding to the size and shape of the buttocks the implants also help hold up the existing buttocks and keep it from sagging?! Is this the case when the person become older?

A. Thank you for your email. Any silicone implant inserted in any part of the body will form a fibrous capsule. This capsule has a tendency to develop variable degree of contracture. I do not believe that it prevents further sagging of the buttocks. I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by email on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com for further guidance.
