Q. I have been referred to a plastic surgeon by my doctor as I cant breath out my right nostril I have always wanted to get the tip on my nose reduced as I have always hated it. Im thinking about just paying and getting it all done at once and going to someone who has lot of experience of this and knows what there doing as its on my face. Is this possible and how much would it cost
