Q. I have been very unhappy with the way my breasts look and recently have discovered a condition called Tuberous breasts which I am sure you are aware of. These symptoms are very similar to mine and I would like some advice on the severity of treatment to treat this condition. Thank you.
A. Thank you very much for your enquiry. You’ve done very well with your searched to find out that you may have a Tuberous breasts. I do treat a number of patients with this condition and in my experience the appearance of the breast does vary considerably. Generally, the best way of treating the tuberous breast is to increase the volume of the bust with a breast implant and possibly tighten up the nipple area as the areola and brackets around the nipple can often be larger than normal. For more information on the best ways of treating this condition please have a look at the videos on our website http://aurora-clinics.com.uk. Here you’ll be able to find the video of myself actually performing a correction of a tuberous breast and condition. If following this you feel you would like to schedule a free consultation please do so by ringing us on 01844-214362 and we’d be happy if you can send us a photograph to assess the area. Many thanks for your enquiry, I do look forward to seeing you in the near future. Best wishes, Yours sincerely Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Surgical Director of Aurora Clinics
