Q. i have an extremely serious problem and i hope you can help i decided to have an operation on my nose to make it smaller and more feminine as it has always irritated me as it looked masculine. However things did not go well with rhinoplasty and now a year later i cannot breath at all. I need somebody who had done lots of reconstruction work of noses
