A. I am sorry to hear regarding your concerns, but fortunately most of the time this is something trivial. The most common situation when women discover a lump in association with breast implants is of any fold or knuckle in the implant, possibly related to a degree of capsular contracture. it is important to treat any concern of this nature seriously, and I would strongly advise to see your GP promptly, as he will be able to organise an ultrasound for the breast, or refer you to a breast surgeon who can examine you and investigate as appropriate.
