I have had a previous thigh lift about 5 years ago and im looking at revision surgery

Q. I have had a previous thigh lift about 5 years ago and im looking at revision surgery. The last surgeon I contacted said that if he does do revision surgery on my thigh it will likely sag again, is this correct?
