Q. Hello I am a mid thirties married mother and i have had four children all my natural birth and since then i have been suffering problems both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Could you let me know what kind of rest i am going to need and how long will i need to have somebody look after the kids. Also can you tell me where hospital is? kind regards

The amount of rest you need varies widely, and to a large extend depends on you. The most constant is that you will need about 3-5 days for the initial recovery.
