Q. i just wanted to know how much it will be to go from 32 c to a ‘d’ and wanting then to feel real.
A. Hi there. A breast augmentation with me currently starts from £2999 but from April it will cost £3495. If all you want is one extra cup size then we can put in a relatively small implant, but I cannot guarantee a particular cup size after surgery because different bras are different for the same sizes
