Q. I know you insist on a consultation before carrying out any procedure but I would really appreciate a guide price for a tummy tuck with lipo. Perhaps working on a best and worst case scenerio.

I can’t do too much liposuction on the tummy at the same time as a tummy tuck and sometimes I say to people to have some lipo a year or so later to improve the shape of the abdomen rather than at the time of the operation. There are delicate blood vessels that are significantly stretched after a tummy tuck and they need to remain undamaged to help with your wound healing. Liposuction damages the blood vessels a little (which is why people get bruised after liposuction) and so there is a limit to how we can combine a tummy tuck and lipo
