I want to have a breast lift – and possibly a slight reduction on one side

Q. I want to have a breast lift – and possibly a slight reduction on one side. I am 23 and have a complex medical history which made me go to extreme weights – 5 1/2 stone to 11 stone 4. I now have saggy breasts and want to have this recitified.

A. Thank you for your inquiry.  I would be happy to discuss it but I also suspect that a psychology intervention may be needed to ensure a smooth process.
