I wanted a larger breast, but my plastic surgeon told me he couldnt fit anything larger

Q. I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago. I went from a small B cup, and with my 350cc implants I am a full C cup. I wanted a larger breast, but my plastic surgeon told me he couldn’t fit anything larger, but I think that it may have just been his personal preference not to go any larger. Now I want to go up three more cups sizes, and I would like to know if this is possible.

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry.   You’re right that sometimes in the first operation it is difficult to fit a larger implant in and your surgeon is correct in this.   However, now the breast tissue is being slightly stretched it is normally possible to insert a large implant if this is what you would like.   The operation to insert a larger implant is actually a quicker recovery in most cases to your first operation as the breast tissue has already been stretched slightly.   For more information about this procedure please visit our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk where you’ll find lots of information about breast implants including videos of myself actually performing the operation if you are not too squeamish.   If you feel you would like to schedule a consultation please do so by ringing us on 01844-214362 or email us at info@aurora-clinics.co.uk. Please ask for an appointment with one of our specialist breast enlargement surgeons.   Many thanks for you enquiry, we do look forward to meeting you in person should you decide to schedule a consultation.   Best Wishes, Yours sincerely   Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Consultant, Aurora Clinics
