Q. I was wondering if your buttocks procedure included an implant for a complete new shape and size? and also if you had any photographic documentations of the after scaring in both buttocks and breast procedures?
A. I do not do buttock implants. I have used autologous fat to augment the buttock . This technique involved harvesting fat from your tummy hips and thights and injecting it in the buttocks. It only leaves very small puncture marks. The same procedure is done in the breast with stabs in the areola and under the breasts. Breast implants have a 5 cm incision in the fold under the breasts.
