Q. Hi I would love to clear up and correct the recent appearance of blemishes on my face? Some are red are some are brown in colour? What can be done?

A. For the red marks, it would be useful to the scars with a dermatologist and clarify whether there is rosacea which needs its special treatments, or just enlarged blood vessels under the skin.  For the latter, intense pulse light (IPL) treatments as well as vascular laser treatments are appropriate.
