A. Thank you very much for your enquiry regarding possible breast uplift and implant surgery. Certainly it’s possible to perform this treatments together and it is possible to enlarge the nipples slightly. It depends exactly what you mean by the nipples if you mean the nipples themselves are slightly flattened and inverted it’s certainly is possible to correct this and there is a video of me performing this procedure on our website http://aurora-clinics.com.uk. It maybe that you are thinking about the areola being enlarged which is the brown area around the nipple. This is more difficult to enlarge with surgery and most people with that would like it smaller.
