Q. I would like to have my eye bags and eye lids done at the same time as the rhinoplasty could you tell me costs, recovery etc
A. In general terms, I do not recommend doing the lower eyelids at the same time with a rhinoplasty that involves resetting the bones in the nose. This is because their degree bruising around the lower lid can become more substantial, and can increase the chance of an ectropion or lower lid malposition, due to abundant scar tissue formation. I think the starting point should be to have a consultation and establish exactly what type of procedures would be most suitable for you. In the case of a transconjuctival lower lid blepharoplasty (the procedure that takes place without an external scar on the lower eyelid), the level of risk is probably less when combined with rhinoplasty.
