I would like to know more about Septo rhinoplasty
Q. Dear sir would like to know more about Septo rhinoplasty as this is the operation that has been recommended to me. Also I would like to know about any possible scaring that might develop due to the surgery. I have a keloid scar on my hand and am therefore worried this could develop on my nose if I have the surgery. I really hope you can advise me Kind regards
A. Hi – if you have had a keloid scar in the past then you’re at greater risk of getting a keloid scar in other places, so you do need to be aware of that I’m afraid. It’s unusual for keloids to be seen in the face and in the nose but it isn’t unheard of completely.
