juverderm I would rather not have a facelift if poss as it only seems to be the lower part of my face starting to sag

Q. hi dr,could you advise on a treatment please,i would rather not have a facelift if poss as it only seems to be the lower part of my face starting to sag(years of wearing dentures)the beginning of jowels also a pouch of saggy loose skin under chin, was wondering if lipo would tighten that ,necks not to bad, also deep nose to mouth lines which filler would be the best for these,as i had radiesse and it only looked better for a matter of a couple of months,i was thinking of juverderm for these lines

A. Thank you for your inquiry.   Unfortunately, the looseness of the skin under the chin is not likely to be corrected well but other techniques than a neck lift.   For the cheek and jowl area, it would be possible to combine liposuction using the radiofrequency-assisted technique [Bodytite], and fat transfer.   For the deeper lines running from the corner or the mouth [labial mandibular lines or marionette lines], there are several types of fillers that can help including hyaluronic acid, Radiesse and Radiesse.
