Im 21 and considering having breast enlargement next august 2010

Q. Mr Ion. Im 21 and considering having breast enlargement next august 2010. Im an A cup and basically just want to increase this to a full B cup. What type of implants do you use and can these types of implants be adjusted so that both breasts are even?

A. Thank you for your inquiry.   In most instances, I use cohesive gel silicon implants, but I would be happy to use saline filled implants if you prefer. One of the alternatives which also contributes to reducing the rate of capsular contracture is represented by the polyurethane coated silicone implants.   It is possible to use different size implants to correct the degree of asymmetry, and it is also possible to use fat transfer to the smaller breast together with similar size breast implants.   Breast asymmetries however encompass a large spectrum of scenarios, and individualized treatment is very important.   For information regarding prices for the more common aesthetic surgery procedures or combinations of procedures, please visit my website at:   http://aesthetic-plastic-surgery.co.uk/about-cost-of-surgery.php   For procedures not listed there, kindly contact my practice either by telephone at 02074867757   or by email at: contact@aesthetic-plastic surgery.co.uk   any my team will be delighted to assist you.    Kind regards   Lucian Ion, FRCS(Past) Consultant Plastic Surgeon
