Q. Im after details of the implants that you use for breast surgery. Are they saline or silicone and do you place them under the muscle or above?
A. Thank you for your inquiry. In my practice, the decision regarding implants and belongs exclusively to the patient. I provide guidance but do not restrict choice. The same applies regarding placing the implant under the muscle or above. Having said that, and I do find that I ended up placing the implants more frequently below the muscle and than above.
