Im considering having tumescent liposuction on my thighs and possibly flanks

Good afternoon, Im considering having tumescent liposuction on my thighs and possibly flanks I’m concerned I may be a problem with lumpy or even areas post op. my doctor says my skin is good is very elastic and should bounce back in no time as he is not a plastic surgeon I feel a consultation is the only way forward. How soon would I be able to see and how much would the consultation cost? Thank you
