Q. Im currently 17 (almost 18) and despite having gone through puberty I am left with a very flat chest which gets me down. Dieting hasn t helped so I would like to look at surgery to increase their size. Would I be able to come in for a consultation just to discuss the options of surgery so I can make a better decision when I do turn 18?
