Q. Is Vaser superior to Laser Lipolysis. I have a flap of skin/fat left over from weight loss on my stomatch, what is the best way od removing it as I don t want a tummy tuck. many thanks
A. Thank you for your inquiry. It does depend how much skin laxity has been left after your weight loss. A significant apron in the lower abdomen will not be corrected by any liposuction technique. In terms of what technique tends to give the best results for tightening of the tissues, my impression is that it is the radiofrequency assisted liposuction (Bodytite).
