Q. Ive lost lots of weight from regular visits to the gym but as ive got thinner my bust has got bigger. I was 34DD now im 34 F. I have talked to a friend who has had breast reduction surgery and as well as being scarred said they were in alot of pain after undergoing the procedure among other things. I would like to continue losing weight but im concerned my breast are not going to get smaller and im going to look top heavy and out of proportion. Are there any non surgical solutions to stop or lower the size of my breasts.
A. Thank you very much for your enquiry. Unfortunately, in some people their busts does continue to enlarge and you they are normal white. If you are unhappy with the size of your breasts, then it would be possible to have a breast reduction, and the scarring from this is generally very good with new techniques. I’m surprised that your friend did have a significant amount of pain after her operation as it is in my experience it is not a very uncomfortable procedure, and with new techniques recovery is normally would be able to go back to work within ten days. The only other solution for you might be liposuction of the breasts, which does work very well in some cases. This has the advantage of reducing bust size without significant scarring and it is a good option if you are not too heavy busted.
