Q. Looking for cost and timescales involved with having a mini tummy tuck and ? lipo to sides and waist although not sure if need lipo after tummy or if indeed lipo to stomach, sides and waist may resolve my overhanging & loose skin after caesarean section
A. Thank you for your enquiry into tummy tuck treatment, also known as an abdominoplasty. Some people are suitable for a mini abdominoplasty and some people are better having a full abdominoplasty. A full tummy tuck can also be combined with tightening of the muscles to achieve a better balance to the lower abdominal region. We can include liposuction with a mini tummy tuck but less so with a full tummy tuck. A full tummy tuck is quite a major operation and you will need to stay in hospital for a few days afterwards while you’re recovering and you will probably need 4-6 weeks before you are back to your normal activities, such as exercise, if it all goes well.
