Q. Looking into having breast implants after having three children they have lost all there nature shape…. I am currently a size 30f. Though they are droopy now you wouldnt guess it by jsut the look but I still want something done.
A. Hi there. It’s important to tell your surgeon exactly what you’re hoping to achieve, because surgery often improves things but doesn’t make things go back to what they used to be like. You can sometimes have a couple of procedures which may benefit you – an uplift or implants. However, it’s not usual for us to put implants into someone with size 30F breasts. An uplift doesn’t last forever, either, and it starts to drop after a few weeks and continues to do so for the next several months until we see the final results after around 6 months.
