My labia minora is torne in the middle but still connected to both sides

Q. My labia minora is torne in the middle but still connected to both sides. Sex for me can be a little panful and and unsatisfying. Is labiaplasty my only chance to ever have good sex again?

A. Thanks. I must say that it is unusual for splits in the labia minora to cause unsatisfactory sex. You need to look into problems related to vaginal relaxation. However your labia minora can be trimmed or repaired if it causes you distress or distractions during sex.
