A. Thank you very much for your enquiry. It certainly is possible to reduce the size of your nipples and make them less protruding. This surgery is normal performed under a local anaesthetic as a short procedure which would take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. After surgery, you would have large dressings on the nipples which we need to be removed at approximately 1 week.
