Q. One of my breast implants has become hard, and uncomfortable.
A. It sounds like you should see a surgeon about whether you have capsular contracture. If that’s the case, then sometimes we would want to talk to you about getting the implants replaced and the scar tissue removed. If you know what size of implants you already have then this information will be useful to your surgeon as the implants will have to be replaced.
