The best treatment for you really depends on the appearance of your bust, if there is excess skin in the region often this needs to be reduced. However, if it is really just excessive fatty tissue just under the breast this can possibly treated using Vaser liposuction. Vaser is usually performed under a local anesthetic with you awake and is very effective in reducing the fatty tissue from the area with minimum bruising and swelling.
