A. Thank you for your inquiry. I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment with your recent treatment. I normally charged approximately £3000, for removal of the implants, typically under a general anesthetic, as I tend to do some internal reshaping of the breast and therefore reverse some of the effects of having the implants put it. It is possible to remove implants under a local anesthetic procedure, although not particularly pleasant, but it will also limit the option related to breast contouring. The price will obviously be somewhat lower.
