Since breastfeeding my breasts sag slightly

Q. Since breastfeeding my breasts sag slightly and have lost a lot of volume. I am considering conservative implants to get the volume back, but would I need a breast lift too? I’m very concerned about the scarring caused by this. I’m 30yrs old and a 32B with a very small frame and wondered if small implants alone would be enough to correct the problem. I’m looking for a very natural look and as my main concern is how my body looks in a bikini or naked, scarring is my biggest worry. I don’t mind my breasts sagging a little as that’s normal anyway, I just have concerns that implants without a lift would make the problem worse. Any info you could give me would be great. Thank you for your help.

A. Thank you for your email. The breast lift (Mastopexy) can be combined with breast augmentation at the same time. This procedure is also known as augmented mastopexy. I consider this procedure when my patient presents with small and saggy breasts and requests for breast lift and enlargement. It  would be difficult to advise you without your examination and/or good quality photos. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by email on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  for further guidance. I have following suggestions for you: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  (section of breast, photo gallery and price guide) to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure.
