A. Hi there. a tummy tuck costs around £4800 (but you can see all my prices at www.labelleforme.co.uk) and I don’t do mesotherapy as there is some secrecy surrounding what the injections contain and I don’t inject anything into anyone if I don’t know exactly what it is!

Q. How much is the average cost of liposuction for hip stomach and thigh? I am 28 years old and exercise like mad eat a very good diet is it possible for me to have this surgery? How long is the recovery period and how much time off work is recommended?

A. For that many areas, it’s probably going to cost around £5000. You should also remember that the more areas we do, the less we can do per area, as there is a maximum amount we can remove. The most we take out in one session is 3 litres and if you want this done in 3 areas, then that’s only 1 litre per area

Q. please can you give me an approximate price for fat removal from back inner thighs and spare tyre. Can you tell me if you do a method which doesnt involve lots of tiny cuts and stitches?

A. Hi – I don’t currently do fat reduction that doesn’t involve incisions, but in a couple of months I may have something available. The cost for surgery would probably be around £5000 and the cost for non surgical treatment would probably be around £600 per session but you would need quite a few sessions if you wanted that many areas treated. Q. i would like to attend a free consultation and am interested in the thigh lift and tummy tuck. i really would like some information about likely prices and i am aware that you cant give standard quotes please advise on the cheapest price i could possibly be looking at for some one who is 22 years of age and who has lost 15 stone. the price you quote will not put me off the surgery and nor would i hold you to it- i just need some sort of idea. Thank you for your inquiry.With the amount of weight that you have lost [15 stone], I would encourage her to first discuss this with your GP, as it may be possible to have the treatment through the NHS.Funding the treatment through the NHS is subject to some a relatively stringent criteria, and there are some variations between local health authorities, but I would advised to start with this.

Q. Hi about 15 yrs ago i had a tummy tuck to get rid of loose skin but over the years it has slowly come back and have again been left with upper abdomen excessive skin/fat. i would like to resolve this but wanted to know if you can do tummy tuck redo and does it affect cost?

A. Thank you for your inquiry.It is possible to re-do an abdominoplasty procedure, but one other concerns is that it the skin elasticity is insufficient, at the end of the operation there may be also a small vertical scar in the midline, below the belly button and just above the horizontal scar like a small inverted T. It does not affect in anyway the cost of the surgery.
