Q. After enquiring with several clinics I have been advised that the risk for a second rhinoplasty procedure is greater than the first? Why are complications after a second surgery so much greater?

Thank you very much for your enquiry, I seemed that you mean the risks for a second rhinoplasty and you are right that the complications for second re-surgery are more higher than for initial surgery. This is because there is more scar tissue if you’ve had surgery previously. Q. I would like to enquire mostly about a neck lift procedures in particular the silhouette neck lift and how this mainly differs from a normal neck lift.

Unfortunately, we do not perform a silhouette neck lift as we have found that thread lifts including the silhouette lift do not lead to long-lasting permanent results and some of the patients have been disappointed with them. We favor a facelift procedure and this has much improved recovery time and results in my opinion compared to a silhouette lift. Q. hi, I am considering liposuction, but i am very interested in vaser lipo. Q. How much does the macrolane cost?

A.
