Thank you for your inquiry.   If this skin laxity is significant the only sensible approach is an abdominoplasty procedure.   If there is mild skin laxity, liposuction using the radiofrequency assisted technique (Bodytite) with also improve the contours, as it has the ability to tighten the tissues.   It would be necessary to evaluate in consultation the degree of the problem, and guide you towards the most appropriate treatment plan.
