A. It all depends on where the sagginess is. If it’s a half shut eyelid, then that’s different to a fullness in the skin of the upper lid. The half shut lid is called blepharoptosis and requires a more complex operation than just the excess skin operation. There’s no difference in price having one or two done – in fact getting symmetry is probably harder with one eyelid being operated on than having two operated on if they’re symmetrical to begin with.
