hi im looking into breast enlargement, but am slighlty

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Implants,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Breast Augmentation, breast enlargement, information about implants — admin @ 12:55 pm

Q. hi im looking into breast enlargement, but am slighlty worried as at 23 yrs old and slightly underweight at 7 stone will this stop me from having this procedure? thank you x

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry it’s certainly possible to perform a breast augmentation on you, but if you are very slim built it maybe best to place the implants behind the muscles to give an extra layer of padding in the this region over the implants.  I think it would be worthwhile having to look at our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk it has lots of information about implants, including our videos of people discussing their operations, before and after pictures and if your not too squeamish videos of me performing the operations itself.  And if you feel you would like to schedule a consultation following this please do so by ringing us on 01844-214362.  Best Wishes, Yours Sincerely, Adrian Richards Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon Medical Director, Aurora-Clinics

Its been a month and a half since my breast augmentation of 500CC

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Paul Banwell — Tags: Breast Augmentation, hypersensitive so massaging your nipples can help desensitise them — admin @ 2:02 am

Q. Its been a month and a half since my breast augmentation of 500CC. I am still in a lot of pain especially under the breast and on the sides. My nipples also have been causing me a lot of pain. I was wondering if this was normal, or if the type of bra i am using is causing my pain.

A. You have had a big augmentation so discomfort is likely to persist for a little longer due to stretching. Similarly your nipples will be hypersensitive so massaging your nipples (not your breasts at this stage) can help desensitise them. Your bra should be supportive but not tight. Your surgeon should be helping you with all this but if you would like to see me please book in 0845 2600 261 or email help@paulebanwell.com cheerio PB

I have always had very flat nipples which can become inverted though not all the time

Filed under: Breast Surgery,Breast Uplift,Expert Answers,Mastopexy Breast Surgery,Mr Paul Banwell,Nipple Surgery — Tags: Breast Augmentation, breast lift, mastopexy, Nipple eversion, Nipple eversion is a common procedure, nipple procedure, potential risk of necrosis — admin @ 1:28 am

Q. I have always had very flat nipples which can become inverted though not all the time. I dont really like the way they look and would like to get something done about it. I was once quoted for the nipple procedure on its own, and it seemed very expensive. The thing is I am thinking of having a breast lift as well and thought it may be best to have both procedures at the same time while keeping down the costs. Is this possible?

A. Hi there Thanks for the question. Nipple eversion is a common procedure and can be performed under a local anaesthetic very easily. I commonly perform it with breast augmentation but I would not perform it at the same time as a mastopexy because of the potential risk of necrosis (compromise in the blood suppply). Please do book a consultation and I can go through things with you in ore detail on 0845 2600 261 or help@paulebanwell.com I look forward to meeting you Cheerio paul banwell www.skininstituteuk.com

Is it possible to get a breast augmentation, a mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction on my thighs in the same visit?

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Liposuction,Mr Shailesh Vadodaria,Tummy Tuck — Tags: a mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction on my thighs in the same visit, Breast Augmentation, breast enlargement, mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction, mini tummy tuck and liposuction to your thighs — admin @ 11:28 am

Q. Is it possible to get a breast augmentation, a mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction on my thighs in the same visit? My goal is to reverse signs of 3 children (droopy breasts, loose tummy) and age (a little extra fat on saddle bag area). I’d like to get it taken care of all at once. Also, what is the cost (approximately) of all 3 procedures?

A. Thank you for your email. I would need some more information to give my initial comments regarding possibilities of considering breast enlargement,  mini tummy tuck and liposuction to your thighs. Please supply me with additional information e.g. your age, weight, height, general health, age of children and social support at home during your recovery period. If you are fit and healthy then multiple procedures as you described are possible. In fact it is time and cost effective for you. But, we need to do a careful assessment of your health.I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by email on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com for further guidance. I am considering to have a breast augmentation, but I am already booked to have vaser on inner, outer tighs and knees

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Liposuction,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Breast Augmentation, Breast augmentation surgery — admin @ 2:28 am

Q. Hello. I am considering to have a breast augmentation, but I am already booked to have vaser on inner, outer tighs and knees. How long should I wait before I can go ahead with the BA? rgds,

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, about possible breast augmentation surgery following Vaser therapy. Generally, Vaser therapy is performed under local anesthetic and therefore should not very too much unlike general anesthetic used for the breast augmentation procedure. I would generally advice that atleast 4 weeks to be on the set side following Vaser therapy before considering a breast augmentation operation. Overall, it would be sensible to schedule a consultation to discuss the best way forward for you and this can be arranged by ringing us on 01844-214362 or emailing us at infoaurora-clinics.co.uk. In the mean time, I think it might be visiting our website http://aurora-clinics.com.uk which has lots of information about breast augmentation surgery including videos of me discussing the various implants, sizes and shapes and videos of patients who’ve recently undergone surgery discussing their experiences. If you feel you would like to proceed with this surgery please contact us to discuss the best way forward for you. Best wishes yours sincerely, Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Surgical Director of Aurora Clinics

If your not happy with work done by a surgeon (in my case Breast augmentation) how long is the normal time period before seeking a revision?

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Breast Augmentation, Breast augmentation surgery — admin @ 4:13 am

Q. If your not happy with work done by a surgeon (in my case Breast augmentation) how long is the normal time period before seeking a revision? It been 12 months since the procedure and I feel my breastsare still slightly wonky even after this time. Am I overreacting?

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, generally following breast augmentation surgery all areas should have healed and settled down by a year following surgery and if you are still unhappy with the appearance of your bust at this stage it might be sensible to consider a revision of surgery at this stage. If you feel you would like to discuss this I think it would be sensible to schedule a consultation so I can see you in person to assess the area and discuss the best way forward for you. In the interim, I think it would be worthwhile having a look at our website  http://aurora-clinics.com.uk which has lots of information about the pros and cons of surgery and if you’re not too squeamish videos of me performing the operation itself which will give you the best idea of what’s involved in the operation. If you feel you would like to schedule a consultation please ring us on 01844-214362 we’ll be delighted to discuss the best way forward for you. I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago which I have had no issues with at all and am very very happy with the results

Q. I had a breast augmentation 2 years ago which I have had no issues with at all and am very very happy with the results. However I have recently become pregnant and im trying to find out how much will pregnancy and breast feeding affect my breast augmentation? Is it likely I will need some kind of revision surgery??

A. hi there. pregnancy and breast feeding do have an impact on the size of  your breasts, so you may find that the breast size changes with pregnancy and breast feeding. However, if you’re unconcerned about the size of the breasts after that then you don’t need to do anything about your implants.

I am seriously considering Breast Augmentation but I am worried as to which implants you use in your surgery

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Implants,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Taimur Shoaib — Tags: Allergan teardrop implants, Breast Augmentation, fitted with PIP implants, information on breast implants, Nagor Impleo implants, PIP implants, PIPs are now banned, which implants you use in your surgery — admin @ 10:37 am

Q. I am seriously considering Breast Augmentation but I am worried as to which implants you use in your surgery as I have friends who were fitted with PIP implants and they seem to be very happy with the results.

A. Hi there. PIPs are now banned, and thankfully I never used them. I offer Nagor Impleo implants for £2999, Allergan teardrop implants for around £5000 and all other round implants are usually around £4000. There is always an additional consultation fee of £100 to add on to these prices, and if you would like a consultation please feel free to call 0141-552 0828 and I can see you at my clinic. There’s information on breast implants here that you can also read: http://www.labelleforme.co.uk/breast_implants.html

Can I please have an idea what you charge for a breast augmentation as well as breast mastopexy?

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Consultant, Breast Augmentation, breast augmentation combined with a breast uplift, breast mastopexy, mastopexy, reast augmentation combined with a breast uplift (Mastopexy) procedure — admin @ 10:16 am

Q. Mr Richards, Can I please have an idea what you charge for a breast augmentation as well as breast mastopexy? Im not sure whether I am going to have both surgeries but I just want to get an idea of the costs for having both. Thanks for your help

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, our charges for a breast augmentation combined with a breast uplift (Mastopexy) procedure is £ 7325. I do perform a number of these procedures together but not all patients need the uplift as well as the implant. For more information as to whether you would require both procedures please visit our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk where you’ll find lots of information about the both procedures including videos of myself performing the operations if you’re not too squeamish. If you feel you would like to schedule a consultation to discuss whether augmentation alone or augmentation with an uplift would be appropriate for you please do so by ringing us on 01844-214362.
