A. Thank you for your enquiry. I am afraid I only tend to do breast surgery for aesthetic reasons after the age of 18. It is possible to do an uplift procedure or sometimes increase the volume. On occasion, the impression of sagging of the breast is related to a grade 2 tubular breast shape, and this is best corrected by an augmentation either using an implant or fat transfer.

Q. I need to know how much it will be to get a breast augmentation by fat injection taken from my stomach.
A. Hi there. I don’t do this procedure for several reasons: you need a huge amount of fat transferred to make a big difference and so you sometimes need two or three operations to get a good result. Each operation is much more expensive than a standard breast implant operation. Fat transferred into the breast can sometimes look like and feel like breast cancer, and so we need a safer way of doing things before we can offer this as a standard procedure. Right now it’s being researched, and this is what we’re finding.

Some manufacturers offer a lifetime guarantee, by which they mean that if implants need to be replaced for medical reasons, they will provide a replacement pair free of charge. Q. Enquiry about breast Augmentation, i would like the incision under my arm pit is this possible could you take this into consideration when quoting me rough guide price. Thanks very much
A. We can certainly use an armpit incision, but you would have to have a saline implant. The costs for that are £3995. The silicone implants we use are more affordable at £3499 but we would not be able to put in silicone implants through a small armpit incision.
