Q. I already have good sized boobs. Right now I am between a 34b and about 5’4. I want breast augmentation not because i think i need them or even want to be bigger, i just really love the shape and look of breasts with implants. I am confused whether or not to get them because I dont want to look top heavy but I think this would be a good idea for me.
A. Breast implants are not without complications and you have to realise that you would probably have to have additional breast surgery ar some time in your life. Arrange an appointment with an accredited plastic surgeon near you (see www.baaps.org) and have a open discussion. Some cosmetic clinics will do you regardless if you need the operation or not. Q. Hi mr shoaib i booked to have breast augmentation with you on the 12 nov i was hopeing you might be able to give me an idea what time i would have to be at the hospital for i know i will be told this nearer the time but i was just curious to know if it is hours bfore you said you will be doing my op at 2pm i have booked to see you again at the end of october so i can have a look at the implants again i also wanted to ask is it possible for the hospital to give me sumthing to calm my nerves when i get ther i will probally get myself into a right state as much as i want this procedure im very nervous.
A. Hi there. I’m sure we can give you something to calm you if you arrive early enough. You’ll probably be asked to come in a couple of hours before the surgery at around 12pm. I can usually see you at that time and can ask the nurses to give you something to make you a little sleepy which sometimes helps with nerves. Q. I am enquiring into how much you charge for a second breast augmentation operation please. I have had PIP implants for around 6 years and recently began to feel pain around the implant. My left breast has flattened a little and doesn’t feel that substantial. Should I be looking at a second augmentation?

Ive enquired with several surgeons about breast surgery using implants and although my decision wont be made on what the surgery will cost all of the prices I have received so far seem to vary quite significantly form the others. Is a surgeon likely to be cheaper if they use cheaper implants or is there some kind of national standered that all surgeons have to use??
