hi im looking into breast enlargement, but am slighlty

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Implants,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Breast Augmentation, breast enlargement, information about implants — admin @ 12:55 pm

Q. hi im looking into breast enlargement, but am slighlty worried as at 23 yrs old and slightly underweight at 7 stone will this stop me from having this procedure? thank you x

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry it’s certainly possible to perform a breast augmentation on you, but if you are very slim built it maybe best to place the implants behind the muscles to give an extra layer of padding in the this region over the implants.  I think it would be worthwhile having to look at our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk it has lots of information about implants, including our videos of people discussing their operations, before and after pictures and if your not too squeamish videos of me performing the operations itself.  And if you feel you would like to schedule a consultation following this please do so by ringing us on 01844-214362.  Best Wishes, Yours Sincerely, Adrian Richards Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon Medical Director, Aurora-Clinics

Is it possible to get a breast augmentation, a mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction on my thighs in the same visit?

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Liposuction,Mr Shailesh Vadodaria,Tummy Tuck — Tags: a mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction on my thighs in the same visit, Breast Augmentation, breast enlargement, mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction, mini tummy tuck and liposuction to your thighs — admin @ 11:28 am

Q. Is it possible to get a breast augmentation, a mini tummy tuck and a bit of Liposuction on my thighs in the same visit? My goal is to reverse signs of 3 children (droopy breasts, loose tummy) and age (a little extra fat on saddle bag area). I’d like to get it taken care of all at once. Also, what is the cost (approximately) of all 3 procedures?

A. Thank you for your email. I would need some more information to give my initial comments regarding possibilities of considering breast enlargement,  mini tummy tuck and liposuction to your thighs. Please supply me with additional information e.g. your age, weight, height, general health, age of children and social support at home during your recovery period. If you are fit and healthy then multiple procedures as you described are possible. In fact it is time and cost effective for you. But, we need to do a careful assessment of your health.I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by email on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com for further guidance. I have decided to go ahead and have a breast enlargement

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: breast enlargement, breast enlargement surgery — admin @ 2:25 am

Q. I have decided to go ahead and have a breast enlargement. However, I am completely needle phobic…particularly of having canulas put in! Do you use standard size cannulas? I find these are really, really painful when I have them put in. Is it possible to use smaller ones or am I just going to have to bear it??

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry about breast enlargement surgery. I can really understand about your phobia for needles but I can assure you that normally this is not too bad. In particular we use numbing cream on the back of the hand and insert the smallest fine canular in this area. Because of the numbing cream you’ll very unlikely to feel or indeed see the needle and many people are surprised whether it’s actually being inserted. Overall, I’ve never had a patient complained about the size or pain of the needles as we do make it reappear to make it experience as possible for you. If you would like information about the breast augmentation procedure itself please visit our website http://aurora-clinics.com.uk where you’ll find lots of information including videos describing the procedure from people who’ve recently undergone the operation. You’ll also find videos of myself discussing the pros and cons of various techniques and if you’re not too squeamish videos of me performing the operation itself. If you would like to schedule a consultation following this please ring us on 01844-214362 or email us at info@aurora-clinics.co.uk. All our consultations are free and can be arranged at the time suitable for you. Many thanks for your enquiry, we do look forward to meeting you in the near future should you decide to schedule a free consultation. I am a size 32 b and i am wondering if i can get a breast augmentation done on the NHS

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, breast augmentation done on the NHS, breast augmentation on the NHS, breast enlargement — admin @ 11:29 am

Q. I am a size 32 b and i am wondering if i can get a breast augmentation done on the NHS. I have had a baby and im 26 and very unhappy with my breasts. Regards Hayley

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, it is sometimes possible to have breast augmentation on the NHS but this is not available in all areas. The government is cutting down on the types of treatments available on the NHS and unfortunately breast enlargement is one of the treatments that is often not permitted. If you think it would be having worthwhile you see your GP to discuss whether this is permissible in your area and also having a look at our website  http://aurora-clinics.com.uk which has lots of information about breast enlargement surgery including pros and cons of different techniques, videos of previous patients I have treated discussing their experiences and also if you’re not too squeamish videos of the operation being performed itself. Many thanks for your enquiry, we do look forward to meeting you in the near future if you do decide to schedule a free consultation. I would like to get a breast enlargement

Q. hello, I would like to get a breast enlargement. I only have one worry really. i have one breast that is pert and one breast that is saggy (due to breast feeding) will this affect how much i pay?? If it does would you be able to tell me how much by? Thank you very much.

A. Thank you for your email. Breast asymmetry is not uncommon. It could be either  in the form of size, shape or level. Minor asymmetry can be corrected by using different type and size of implants. If you have significant asymmetry in the level of your breast then you may need breast lift along with breast implants. I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com  to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. I had breast enlargement in 1999 to go to a 34DD

Filed under: Breast Augmentation,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Adrian Richards — Tags: Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Consultant, breast enlargement, scar less unnoticeable, uplift procedure — admin @ 8:01 am

Q. I had breast enlargement in 1999 to go to a 34DD. My breasts are drooping and I am ready to go smaller. What would be the best way to do this without making the breast even droppier? I am 53. Am I too old?

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, it does sound as if you would benefit from having a slightly smaller implants inserted. Often when this occurs there’s slight increase in the drooping of the breast and the best option is often to perform an uplift procedure at the second time. For more information about this procedure please visit our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk where you’ll find lots of information about this procedure and if you’re not too squeamish videos of me actually performing a similar operation. If following this you feel you would like to schedule a consultation to talk free the options with one of our surgeons please do so by ringing us on 01844-214362. Many thanks for your enquiry, we do look forward to meeting you in person in the near future. Best Wishes, Yours sincerely Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Consultant, Aurora Clinics

Im very interested in having a breast enlargement

Filed under: Breast Enlargement,Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Taimur Shoaib — Tags: breast enlargement, kidney transplants, people with Crohn's disease which is a type of inflammatory bowel disease, scar less unnoticeable, some medication called methadone — admin @ 2:35 am

Q. Im very interested in having a breast enlargement i have the money to pay for it but im on some medication called methadone and alot of places will not take me on because of this i would like someone to call me back to see if i am able to go ahead with the surgery at your clinic could you please get someone to call me on 07######## it is better to call me on this number then to email me as i dont read them often thank you.

A. thanks for your enquiry. I’ll have someone call you with more information, but being on methadone itself shouldn’t be a problem. Clearly, you need a full assessment, just like everyone else, and I’ve treated several people on a variety of medications with a variety of medical problems in the past, even when some of the high street chains have turned people away. For example, I’ve treated people on methadone, people with kidney transplants, people with Crohn’s disease which is a type of inflammatory bowel disease, people who haven’t been able to have an anaesthetic from other organisations, and so on. Just because an organisation with limited skills cannot take you on, it doesn’t mean to say you’re not eligible for treatment, so please do come and see me and we can take things from there.

As well as having a thigh/ buttock lift im also interested in having a mini tummy tuck and also a breat enlargement

Filed under: Breast Surgery,Expert Answers,Mr Lucian Ion,Tummy Tuck — Tags: breast enlargement, buttock lift procedures, mini tummy tuck?, thigh/ buttock lift — admin @ 11:07 am

Q. As well as having a thigh/ buttock lift im also interested in having a mini tummy tuck and also a breast enlargement. I can only assume I would be unable to have all the procedures at the same time but would like to do as much as possible in one sitting. Could you give me your opinion on this please?

A. Thank you for your enquiry.   I would mention first that I do not tend to carry out buttock lift procedures.   Mini tummy tuck and thigh lift surgery could be combined, but I would not suggest combining a full abdominoplasty and thigh lift surgery.
